He is happy in his life. Today life if you want to get the success you have to know many people in your life. Academically good is not so important, good and confident personality playing the main role in life.
The main cause of being unsocial –
You know what life we are living now? DIGITAL LIFE means we have internet this internet is the main cause to make people unsocial. Now we have Facebook, Watsup, twitter, Instagram and YouTube everything in an electronic device. Your whole life is on a phone. Everyone is so busy with their phone all the time. It’s ok to use but only for a limited time. Like 2 hours a day.
Many people make the Internet as a profession they are making money online. That’s other things, its good you are earning but stay connected to the outer world as well not by internet in really.
If you are an unsocial person your life will be not good. You will not feel any enjoyment in life. Because you don’t want to come out from your comfort zone.
And if you don’t like to meet with people or talk with them your life is not going well. There is something wrong with you then. Start with 2 hours and later you can increase them to 3 or 4 hours. So if you are just starting this habit of 2 hours every day, maybe you will start feeling nervous and shy while meeting with others.
Your brain keeps on making excuse for not to go out or be social. You have to beat these bad feeling and go for this war. I call it a war because it’s really a war between us and mind. Because mind just wants to stay in his comfort zone but us want to improve our lives that are why it’s a fight that you have to win.
Slowly make it your habit. Now you can see some positive changes in you like.

Some people can’t enjoy their life because of social anxiety. Social anxiety is a fear of being observed in a social situation. If you have that you can’t enjoy and live your life fully. You have to kick it now. Because of this social anxiety, you will spoil your personal relationships.
Example and symptoms of social anxiety –
- Think so much about your future social gathering. Like your sister birthday is coming next week and there will be her friends, your relatives, and other people. Now your mind starts thinking – what will happen if I will sweat.
What if someone will tell me dance or tell something about me. So these are some example of upcoming events. And we keep on getting much anxious. It’s ok to take little stress about it but much can lead to anxiety.
2. While paying money in the cash counter in the supermarket. If there are more queues and then your turn will come, you start sweating and feeling anxious. Because you think what if I will sweat, he is watching me, is I am looking good, I don’t know what they will think about me etc.
3. While eating in the food court or in a friend’s First, maybe you will confident but when suddenly someone will talk with you, your head and back start becoming hot. And slowly sweat will start coming from your forehead, hands, and feet’s, underarms and back. You just want to go out and want to leave the food but you can’t do that because you have still food in your plate. So you will start eating quickly and run from there.

If it’s possible to exercise in the morning and in the fresh air with proper sunlight. Because sunlight will help in to produce serotonin in the brain and it’s a stress reducer. So while making daily checklist put exercise there as well.
4. SLEEP AT LEAST 7 HOURS EVERY DAY-
Good sleep is very important for your brain health. So set a routine to sleep every day.

Doing meditation every day for 10 to 20 minute has a very powerful impact on brain health. Meditation changes brain structure and increases gray matter in your brain.

If you see the lifestyle of successful and bilinear people they have one thing in common and that is the habit of waking up early. Early means 5 am or less like 4 am.
If you will also start making this good habit you will start felling change in your life. Because you will have much time to do what you want to do.

HOW I CAN WAKE IN EARLY?
- Start sleeping early as possible. If you want to wake at 4 AM you need to sleep at 9 pm or 10 pm.
- Don’t use your electronic devices before 1 hour for sleep.
- Put alarms. And just force yourself to wake in first alarm only.

Its a technique to control your thoughts and mind. Every successful person is doing it on daily basis.
HOW TO DO IT –
To do meditation just finds a peaceful and comfortable place. Then sit and close your eyes and focus on your breath. If you are doing the first time there will so many thoughts that will come into your mind. It will be difficult for you to concentrate on your breathing because the frequency of these thoughts will be much.
So now what you have to do keep deleting those thoughts one by one and make your mind focus on your breath. It will only possible if you make meditation a habit.
I found doing meditation perfect after doing exercise.
Benefits of doing meditation every day –
If you want to get these all benefits from meditation you have to do it every day at least 10 to 20 minutes. Yes, only 10 to 20 minutes from your 1400 minutes in a day. So it’s not a big deal start it from now and gets these all benefits.
1) Meditation helps to reduce stress because it reduces the production of stress-producing hormone call Cortisol.
And help to increase good feeling hormone-like serotonin.
2. Meditation helps to sleep nicely.
3. Life will become happier and makes you less angry person.
4. Meditation attracts some good habit as well. Maybe you will stop smoking or drinking completely after doing meditation.

6. Meditation is good for heart health. It improves blood circulation and lowers the heart rate.
7. It helps boost memory. Your chance of getting Dementia will be less. Which is a brain disease where our memory lose? We start forgetting things. But by doing meditation, your memory power increase.

2. Maybe you can indulge in a serious crime like Rape. Because you cannot do that kind of porn with your life partner like you are watching.
3. You will become more introvert or unsociable person. Think about your life in this stage. There will be no life I think. Porn is very easy to see and doing masturbation is very quick action. But their consequences are much worse.

5. I want my family happy every time, like my parents, my wife and my children.
6. I don’t want my hand to be sweaty at all. Because I wish to be a good driver with a good collection of vehicles.
So these are my goals, write down your goals as well and start doing hard work to achieve them. You need to take action immediately if you want to fulfill your goals.
Now set a time period like 5 years or 10 to achieve all your goals. Make small goals to achieve your main goals every day.
9. MAKE A TO DO LIST FOR EVERY DAY –
Every night before sleeping makes a to-do list for the coming day. And include the small goal that will help you to achieve your life goal in the list. That habit will help you a lot to live a happy and successful life.
